Artist and Educator


Jessica Manco received her MAT from the University of Central Missouri in 2010, and an MFA from Instituto Allende in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico in 2000. Manco also received her BFA degree from the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York City in 1998.

Manco is currently working as the Educational Arts Coordinator for the Mattie Rhodes Art Center and Gallery. She is also adjunct faculty at MCC Penn Valley Community College, where she teaches Art Fundamental, Drawing I-II, and Color Theory.

For the last ten years Manco has also worked as a private art tutor and creative consultant for local galleries and non profit organizations, while continuing as a working artist and showing at a variety of venues in the Kansas City area and nationally.
